While patrolling the area of ​​Gołkowska Street, city guards noticed someone jumping into Czerniakowskie Lake from a bridge. It turned out that there were more people willing to swim in a prohibited place.

“The incident took place after 4 p.m. The patrol from the 2nd Local Unit was checking the area around the lake, paying special attention to cases of bathing in prohibited places, i.e. outside the designated bathing area. Since a few days ago, officers intervened against two minors who were jumping from the bridge at Gołkowskait is regularly checked,” city guards inform in a statement.

This time, during a patrol, the guards noticed a group of six minors on a bridge support. They got there by going down a technical ladder casing. The officers ordered them to leave the dangerous place and assisted so that the youth crossing onto the bridge would not be harmed.

“Four girls and two boys, residents of the capital, are aged 13 to 14. They were all instructed not to bathe in a prohibited place and not to go beyond the technical fences. They did not realise that in case of any problems no one would be able to help them there,” they added.

The guards also ordered the teenagers to move to a nearby guarded beach if they wanted to swim.
