IMGW first degree warnings – heavy snowfall
Yellow alarms before heavy snowfall apply in voivodships:
In these regions, snowfall is forecast by a snow cover by 15 cm to 20 cm.
The warnings will be up to 12 o'clock.
First degree warnings IMGW – strong frost
Warnings against severe frost apply in voivodships:
- Lesser Polandin the following poviats: Tatra, Nowotarski, Nowosądecki, and Gorlice;
- Podkarpackiein the following poviats: Jasielski, Krosno, Sanocki, Leski, Bieszczady.
In the above -mentioned regions, the minimum temperature is forecasted at night from -17 degrees C to -15 degrees Celsius, locally a decrease in temperature to -19 degrees C. The maximum temperature during the day will be from -7 degrees C to -3 degrees C. The wind will blow at an average speed of 5 km/h to 10 km/h.
Alarms will apply until 9 o'clock on Tuesday.
