Donald Tusk about “Polish attack on Westerplatte”? Where does this version come from

The video that circulates on the web is a fragment of Donald Tusk's speech, which the Polish prime minister gave on May 5, 2025 at Wageningen in the Netherlands. He was invited there on the occasion ceremony organized in connection with the celebration of the Liberation Day. This year, the Netherlands celebrates the 80th anniversary of the end of the German occupation.
