A family, including four children and two dogs, got stuck in a car in a strong current of water in the town of Dzierżysławice in the Opole province late Saturday evening. After several hours of rescue, they were evacuated by WOPR Nysa rescuers.
On Saturday at 10:32 p.m., WOPR Nysa rescuers received a report about a family stuck in a car surrounded by water in the town of Dzierżysławice.
According to rescuers, the car was in a strong current of water. The car was occupied by parents, four children and two dogs.
Rescuers evacuated the family on scooters. As they reported, the operation was conducted in very difficult conditions. It ended successfully at around 1:30 a.m. from Saturday to Sunday.
