Hearing of Barbara Skrzypek

The case is related to the interrogation of March 12 by prosecutor Wrzosek, collaborator of PiS president Barbara Skrzypek, who died a few days later – March 15. The autopsy showed that the reason was a vast heart attack. PiS politicians, including the party leader Jarosław Kaczyńskithey believe that there is a relationship between the interrogation of the violinist and her death. Collaborator Jarosław Kaczyński was questioned as a witness in the investigation of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw regarding Srebrna and the construction of the so -called Two towers.

The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw stated that the violinist did not raise any objections as to the form and length of the interrogation, and in addition to reading problems without glasses, it did not report any health ailments. In the case of the death of the violinist, the proceedings are conducted by the Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office under the supervision of the National Prosecutor's Office.

Last week, Prosecutor Wrzosek announced that she had been protected, which she applied for because of her punishable threats. – And calling to commit crimes to my detriment, including an unimaginable hate and hatred campaign, inspired by public figures and politicians – said the prosecutor at the time.

The notification of Wrzosek towards the decoration was the first to inform the Onet portal on Tuesday evening, to whom the spokesman of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw Piotr Skiba reported that “the crime was to direct to prosecutor Wrzosek words commonly recognized as abusive and constituting threats of criminal violations of bodily integrity.” According to Skiba, there is a high probability that the National Prosecutor's Office, to which the notification was sent, will designate a prosecutor's office outside the Warsaw District.
