Some warehouses have been flooded and some roads have been destroyed, the Polish Chamber of Liquid Gas points out, asking customers to be patient. “We are making maximum efforts to ensure LPG supplies to residents in flood areas,” the suppliers emphasize.

The Polish Chamber of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (PIGP) announced on Friday that due to the flooding in Poland, it is conducting constant monitoring of the safety of the LPG infrastructure and ensuring the supply of LPG cylinders in all areas affected by flooding in Poland.

“Maximum Efforts”

“We are aware that LPG in cylinders is the only source of energy and heat for many residents. That is why PIGP members make maximum efforts to ensure supplies to all residents in need – especially where there are power outages and LPG is the only source allowing for the preparation of meals,” PIGP emphasized.

“We ask our customers to be patient as some warehouses have been flooded and some roads are damaged, requiring detours to get there,” she added.

The Chamber assured that it is working on an ongoing basis to ensure that “the infrastructure related to LPG storage facilities is secured and restored to operation as soon as possible.”
