During the campaign before the last parliamentary elections, the disproportion was striking, especially from Sovereign Poland – said MichaƂ Wypij, a former politician of Porozumienie, former MP of the PiS club, on TVN24. In his opinion, politicians from Zbigniew Ziobro's party “were gaining insolence” during the previous term of the Sejm.

The guest of “One on One” on Friday was a former politician of the Agreement, a former MP of the club PIS MichaƂ Wypij. In the context of the Justice Fund scandal and the use of this money for the election campaign of Sovereign Poland, he recalled 2019 and the parliamentary campaign. – It was obvious when driving through Poland that there were candidates who either had an exorbitantly high limit (of campaign spending – ed.) or simply circumvented this financial limit – he said.

He added that it was even more so last year elections “there was a striking absolute disproportion in favour of some candidates, especially those from Sovereign Poland”.

– It was a real eye-opener. They had such large materials and so much material that I don't believe they were able to stay within the limits – Wypij said.

In his opinion, politicians of Sovereign Poland “were becoming more impudent” during the 2019-2023 term. – The history related to the Justice Fund certainly shows this. They were becoming more impudent in using public money or any possibilities to run a campaign next to a campaign – said the TVN24 guest.
