Police officers from Głubczyce, while patrolling the city, noticed an Audi car without a rear license plate. The officers decided to check the car.
He was banned from driving by the court
During the inspection, the policeman smelled alcohol from the 29-year-old driver. The test showed over 0.5 per mille of alcohol in the body, and the data in the police database showed that the man had a court ban on driving. Additionally, during the search, a small amount of drugs was found in the car.
After sobering up in the police detention center, the 29-year-old was charged. As the Police Headquarters in Głubczyce announced on Wednesday, the man faces up to 5 years in prison.
