Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree meteorological warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.
First degree IMGW warnings – heavy snowfall
First degree alarms were issued in the province Lower Silesiain the following poviats: Lviv, Karkonosze, Jelenia GóraKamiennogórski, Wałbrzych, WałbrzychKłodzki.
In areas over 500 meters above sea level, snowfall is forecasted causing a snow cover increase by 10 centimeters. The alarms will be in force on Thursday between 10-20.
First degree IMGW warnings – heavy rainfall
Yellow warnings against heavy rainfall apply in voivodships:
- Opole;
- Lower Silesiain the entire province outside the Głogów, Polkowice, Bolesławiec, and Zgorzelecki poviats.
Moderate rainfall is forecast in these regions. The forecast rainfall will reach 35 liters per square meter in places.
The alarms will be in force on Thursday between 6-20.
