Palikot will be released from custody: Janusz Palikot will leave the pretrial detention center in Wrocław on Monday, January 27. – The final activities in the prosecutor's office are underway. Palikot case: Janusz Palikot heard seven charges related to frauds and one concerning misappropriation of property. Two of Palikot's associates were also charged. This was allegedly due to the activities of companies owned by the suspects.

Palikot's arrest: Janusz Palikot and his associates were detained on October 3 last year by the Central Anticorruption Bureau. Then Palikot was taken to the Wrocław detention center. At the end of December, the District Court in Warsaw decided extend his detention by three months. The ruling also stated that Palikot could be released by January 31 2025 will pay PLN 2 million in deposit each year. He may even be punished for the crimes for which the former MP is suspected 20 years in prison. Palikot pleads not guilty to the crimes charged against him.
