Eight months of ruthless prison – such a sentence was heard by a 23 -year -old who drove a car under the influence of alcohol, in addition having a ban on driving. The verdict was rapid, because only two days from the police detained it in the Krasocin commune (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship), where he entered the ditch.
It started with a ditch, to which the 23-year-old entered his Volkswagen in the commune of Krasocin. The police received a report that the driver who had previously lost control of his car is probably drunk.

The guessing of the witness proved to be justified. After the police officers checked the state of sobriety, it turned out that the 23-year-old had over 2.5 per mil of alcohol in his body.
The officers also found that the man has an active ban on driving all motor vehicles.

“Finally, the 23-year-old was detained, and in an accelerated mode he was brought to court, where he heard a verdict for driving into intoxication during the prohibition of driving motor vehicles. The Włoszczów court sentenced the 23-year-old to the penalty of 8 months of absolute deprivation of freedom”— Informed in a communication for sergeant pcs. The 23-year-old was also punished with a lifetime ban on driving vehicles and must pay 10,000 zlotys to the victim aid fund and post-trade assistance.
