The President of Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński, at the request of Agnieszka Wojciechowska Van-Heukelom, who serves as the president of the party's Łódź structures, suspended two Łódź councilors – Radosław Marc and Krzysztof Stasiak. – These are internal matters of the party, in accordance with the provisions of the statute and the functions performed, they neither fulfilled these provisions nor did they fulfill their duties – that is why they were suspended – said the PiS MP.
– The gentlemen were suspended in accordance with the law, in accordance with the statute, they know perfectly well why they were suspended. They were suspended by the president at my request because they did not fulfill certain obligations (…) it is a disciplinary solution – she informed in an interview with tvn24.pl. And she added: – There is no internal war in Law and Justice, everyone is taking action with great joy, I think that the gentlemen can be suspended forever, they just need to get their act together, we cannot afford this type of destructive actions, everyone knows about it belongs to him as part of his functions.
Radosław Marzec: I don't know anything about it
Our journalist called councilor Radosław Marc to ask whether he had been suspended as a PiS member. He was surprised. – No, where did this information come from? I did not receive such a letter, I do not have such knowledge, I do not have any information that I was suspended, I did not receive any letter. I didn't expect such information from you, commented councilor Marzec. However, Agnieszka Wojciechowska Van Heukelom said that both Radosław Marzec and Krzysztof Stasiak know perfectly about the decision of the party president. The elections for the head of PiS in Łódź have been canceled
As we reported on tvn24.pl in November, in Łódź, the elections for the president of local PiS structures were canceled at the last minute. The headquarters appointed MP Agnieszka Wojciechowska van Heukelom for this position, who formally joined Jarosław Kaczyński's party two months earlier. Elections for the position of party leader in this district are to be organized, but only in spring. Not everyone in the party liked the decision to cancel the elections for the district president and appoint Wojciechowska van Heukelom as the representative. – They forced it on us because at Nowogrodzka Street they knew well that Agnieszka Wojciechowska van Heukelom would not have had the slightest chance. Local activists simply don't want it. The problem is that together with Zbigniew Rau (the head of Polish diplomacy in the government Mateusz Morawiecki – ed.) convinced the president that there is stagnation in Łódź and that they should go to war with us – one of our interlocutors told us. – Why wouldn't she have a chance? – we asked. – For many, many reasons. The MP has a confrontational style. He likes to dominate and show his superiority. Besides, it is a political banner. She was expelled from PiS, founded PJN (Poland is the most important – ed.), then politically supported Kukiz and Korwin. How can you build anything lasting with someone like that? – we heard in response.

We heard similar comments from several other high-ranking party activists in Łódź. They all asked for anonymity. – I understand the disappointment of several colleagues who wanted to remain stagnant and do little, but it's time to get to work – said the new head of PiS structures in Łódź a month ago.
