She added that significant changes also occurred in the center itself because he lost his certificate. As a result, he can no longer organize riding badges exams. She also said that the ownership structure of the center had changed. – Because for the last time, when we dealt with this matter, the owner of the center, which was managed by Marcin P., was his mother Izabela P., who died at the end of last year – she continued.
Therefore, a succession board was established. – Interestingly, today the center is managed by a close associate, Marcin P., Anita T., who is not only a coach in the center, but is also close to not only professionally but also emotionally Marcin P. – the author of the report continued.

The disciplinary spokesman for the Polish Equestrian Association said that shortly after he took office, he initiated an explanatory proceedings in this case. – It is very important that the riding environment immediately reacted after your reportage, after the program was broadcast. (There was – ed.) Many phones with intervention, so that I would take explanatory actions, they were immediately taken – he added.
– I turned to the Supreme Court, where the files of criminal matters are located. I received judgments with justifications, which enabled me to initiate disciplinary proceedings – said Piotr Rachwał.
He said that the date of the disciplinary meeting was set for February 21, to which Marcin P. and the witness were called. After the proceedings, a disciplinary decision is to be issued. – Marcin P. will have the right to defense, and in the two -instance of proceedings he will also be able to use the Disciplinary Court if an unfavorable ruling is made – the spokesman explained.
Piotr Rachwał also talked about what disciplinary penalties a man could get. – We have a number of penalties – from admonition to the prohibition of the function of exclusion from sports competition, in this case a ban on organizing, for example, competitions, related events, trainings, as well as a ban on performing the function of a sport instructor – he calculated.
The disciplinary spokesman also said that Marcin P. was accused of four deeds, and these – as he described – “the most severe allegations” concerned the bringing of other people to surrender to other sexual activities and was acquitted from them. – He was convicted only for two deeds and in this one act, which was qualified as a violation of bodily integrity, i.e. a crime that is not punishable by a serious penalty in the penal code – he added.

Patron Zbigniew Roman: The state was not up to the challenge
According to Patron Zbigniew Roman in this case, “the state did not stand up to the task.” – And this is not only about the prosecutor's office and the courts, but about all possible institutions. This matter is clear too long. It is hard for me to believe and understand why in so many stages of the proceedings – and when it comes to preparatory proceedings and then, when it comes to court and enforcement proceedings – this man was treated indulgently – he continued.
– It is worth noting that this man was sentenced to a year and a half imprisonment at a time when the prosecutor's office brought eight years, and yet the prosecutor's office did not appeal against this judgment, which is surprising, because he either requested a severe punishment , or someone neglected the issues of appeal. Then the court, which made the decision, had to bear in mind that the penalty of one and a half years imprisonment allows at the executive stage to try to perform it in conditions of electronic supervision, which is much less ailful. And most importantly, he allows such a person to function in an environment in which he committed a crime – enumerated a lawyer.
As he said, the next thing is that the punishment was performed in the conditions of electronic supervision in the stud, i.e. – as the lawyer pointed out – “in fact in the same place where not only these crimes were committed, but in the place where Training, competitions are organized. ” “This is absolutely surprising to me,” Zbigniew Roman admitted.
– All environments, committees and possibly organs that could discipline or draw professional consequences in relation to this man, in my opinion, they acted very slowly. Because to this day, few of these professional, didactic and educational consequences have been drawn – he added.
