Just recently Marina Łuczenko-Szczęsna she posted a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with her little daughter in her arms. You can find this memorable shot in our gallery. Of course, there was no shortage of Liam and Wojciech Szczęsny, who watched the new family member with emotion. A few weeks later, the singer decided to talk about her struggles to get back to her former shape.

Marina is also blooming after pregnancy. Just look at her

“It's amazing when I think about how I felt a month ago… You have to give yourself as much time as your body needs, and each one is different. I didn't exercise during pregnancy (and not much before either), so now getting back to my pre-pregnancy physical shape will be a huge challenge for me. Fortunately, mentally I'm already in a good place” – she announced. Marina Luczenko-Szczęsna in her latest post. “PS. Of course, don't be fooled, the glasses cover up the sleepless nights, the hat covers up the untamed hair” – she added star. She posed smiling in front of a mirror with a paradise view in the background. “Beautiful, natural mother. Finally, someone shows what life really looks like outside of Instagram”, “What kind of return to pre-pregnancy shape?! You've already done it!” – we read under the singer's post.

Marina on the difficult moments during pregnancy. She avoided one

Wife Wojtek Szczęsny told her fans that she had avoided stretch marks. She regularly used a balm for this type of change. “I think they are genetically determined,” she noted on Instagram. “In the second pregnancy, it's circulation, varicose veins, bursting blood vessels and swelling” – she continued. She consulted everything with doctors, thanks to which she feels good after giving birth. The first days were unbearable, however. “I couldn't get out of bed, the pain was terrible, but there are many factors involved” – she confessed. What else did she tell about the reality of a pregnant woman? “The first three months I was absent, tired, nauseated, disgusted with smells, average appetite. I ended up in the hospital with vomiting,” she confided.
