When Jan Jasiński was an infant, the singer went to concerts overseas. In one of the interviews, she confessed how she recalled that time and that she regretted her behavior. “I still feel guilty that I left my son and went to the United States for a country music festival. My son took care of motherI thought she would be able to handle it, but somehow she caught a cold quickly. My son, who was six months old, had bronchitis and fever,” she said Maryla Rodowicz in the program “Taka jak Ty”. The star also mentions his eldest son in his autobiography “Wariatka dances”. At the time, both of the little boy's parents were focused on pursuing their careers and were often away from home, relying on a nanny for care. “It was the worst when the children were little. When three-year-old Jasiek saw me packing suitcaseshe became hysterical. (…) The caregiver later told me that when I asked: 'Where is dad?' Jasiek pointed to the phone and asked: 'Where is mom?' – on TV,” she mentioned in the book.

Maryla Rodowicz also opened up about her motherhood in an interview with Plotek. She told us what the childhood of her three children was like. Years later, she regretted that she had devoted too much time to her career. “I was often unkind to the children because I left. I chose my career, I chose to leave. I really regret it to this day. Children, I'm sorry,” she said. Today, Rodowicz's children are 45, 42 and 37 years old. Son Jan and daughter Katarzyna were born from the singer's relationship with Krzysztof Jasiński. The youngest, Jędrzej, is Rodowicz's child from her marriage to Andrzej Dużyński.
