Meeting Keith Kellogg – Wołodymyr Zelnski in Kiev. There will be no statements

About the President's meeting Ukraine Wołodymyr Zelanski with a retired general Keith Kellogg, a messenger of the president USAsaid spokesman for Zelnski Serhij Nykyforov.

“Ukraine is ready to conclude a strong, really useful agreement with the President of the United States regarding investment and security. We proposed the fastest and most constructive way to achieve the result. Our team is ready for work 24/7” – said the President of Ukraine Wołodymyr Zelanski After talks. He did not specify what “way” was proposed.

“Success unites. Everyone in the world needs success in relations with the United States,” he added.

Earlier on Thursday, Kellogg talked to the head of Ukrainian diplomacy Andrij Sybiha.

“We discussed the ways of achieving a comprehensive, fair and lasting peace. I confirmed Ukraine's readiness to achieve peace through strength and shared our vision of the necessary steps. I emphasized that the safety of Ukraine and the security of the transatlantic area are indivisible” – wrote Sibiha on Platform X.

Kellogg came to Kiev on Wednesday. He declared that he would hear the position of Ukrainian authorities regarding the peace agreement with Russia.

– We'll listen. We are ready to provide what is needed. We understand the need for a security guarantee. Listening is part of my mission. Then I will go back to the United States and talk to President Trump to make sure that we understand everything – he said.

By announcing Kellogg's visit earlier, President Zełnski said he would want to show him the front line.

– We are waiting for Kellogg. We have to determine that (…) it will be here for two days or maybe longer. I want to go with him to the front; (…) I think he will not refuse – said Zelanski. At the same time, he expressed the hope that after Kellogg's return to the USA it would be clear when he met Trump himself.
