I am not satisfied with this audition today-said in “Facts after Facts” MP Joanna Kluzik-Rostkowska, referring to the Tuesday interrogation of the head of the central anti-corruption office of Agnieszka Kwiatkowska-Gurdak by the Pegasus committee. According to Tomasz Trela, “Prime Minister is probably not because he asks for an urgent report.”

On Tuesday, the head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau Agnieszka Kwiatkowska-Gurdak was interrogated by the Pegasus committee. During the explicit part of the interrogation, she said that “she could not provide most information in such a mode.” According to the findings of TVN24 and TVN24.pl journalists submit a report to Prime Minister Donald Tusk from the annual activity of the head of the CBA.

Guests of Tuesday's “Facts after Facts” were members of the Sejm Investigative Commission for Pegasus Tomasz Trela from the new left and Joanna Kluzik-Rostkowska (KO). – I am not satisfied with this interrogation today and I have such a conviction, or maybe the fear that public opinion is not satisfied – said MP Kluzik -Rostkowska. She added that the information about submitting a report to Prime Minister Tusk appeared during the session of the closed committee.

In her opinion, the heads of the services who used Pegasus, “which is no longer in Poland today” should “make a query of documents” and remove the closed clause from all that allow it. – Today, a lot of questions we asked remained unanswered. We will demand these answers further. I understand that this is the reason for the prime minister's Thursday conversation with the minister Coordinator – she said.

Trela: I don't choose the prime minister

Tomasz Trela also added that she is not satisfied with the interrogation of the head of the CBA. – As it turns out, the Prime Minister is probably not because he asks for an urgent report on an annual activity – he said.

– We really have a lot of documents, we know a lot and I was a bit in the head, why the head of the Central Anti -Corruption Bureau is covered by this clarified meeting, because she could perfectly say about some matters at an open meeting – he said.

He added that he did not know what it could have resulted from. – Maybe because she works in the central anti -corruption office for 10 years, maybe because of her colleagues and colleagues with whom she collaborated in other positions. I don't know, but I don't judge me, because I don't choose the prime minister – he continued.

– Today, if the head of the CBA wanted, she would really cooperate, and I had the impression that she did not cooperate and tries to make such a mystery as if nobody heard about Pegasus – he added. However, he did not agree with the statement that Kwiatkowska-Gurdak “hides his colleagues”. – I wouldn't go so far, but I expected and I will always expect that the witness who comes (…) says absolutely everything he knows and does not cover with legal ravents – he noted.
