Ten allegations, police supervision and a possible penalty of up to 10 years in prison – this is the result of night intervention in the commune of Pruszcz Gdański, where the man attacked officers and tried to give them a bribe. Policemen also detained a woman who called them to the place. It turned out that she was wanted.
The incident occurred on the night of May 1-2. The duty officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Pruszcz Gdański received a notification about the need for home intervention in one of the towns in the commune of Pruszcz Gdański. The reporting woman needed the help of uniformed in connection with an aggressive man staying in a dwelling.
-They found a 26-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man on the uniform. The man did not follow the officers' instructions. At some point, he began to insult law entertainment, violence against them and threaten them, including deprivation of life, in order to force them to withdraw from official activities. In view of such behavior, the 35 -year -old police detained him – said the Poviat Police Headquarters in Pruszcz Gdański.

In addition, during the 26 -year -old, it turned out that the woman is wanted by the court – he was to serve a 15 -day prison sentence. Therefore, a resident of the Pruszcz Gdański commune was also detained.
They were both taken to police custody.
For now, police supervision
The man heard 10 allegations from investigators, including the promise to grant a financial benefit to a public official in order to encourage them to withdraw from official activities, the use of violence and the threat of unlawful for the same purpose, violation of inviolability and insulting police officers, and to use threats against them. The prosecutor applied a preventive measure against him – police supervision.
– For the promise of granting a financial benefit to a person performing a public function in order to make them a violation of law, he faces up to 10 years in prison. The use of violence and a threat of unlawful to an officer to force him to abandon a legal official act, as well as violating the inviolability of an officer and the use of unlawful threats to commit a crime to the detriment of another person is punishable by a penalty of up to 3 years imprisonment. For insulting, he is threatened with a year in prison – policemen exchange.
