This is what the housing program should look like: Over a year after taking power, we still do not know a specific plan for the housing crisis in Poland. The Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak (PSL), however, revealed on Radio ZET that the head of the Ministry of Development and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk (PSL) responsible for housing will propose “multi -variant offer”, which will also include payments for loans. He assessed that the project would be representativedifferent views on housing programs. – Minister Paszyk is building an offer for various types of Poles' support when it comes to the purchase of residential premises or building his home and will not look, unlike some politicians, at the tip of his own nose – said Klimczak.

Initially, a 0 % loan subsidies were planned, but the government withdrew from it. The left wants considerable funds to be allocated to social construction. Over time, the idea was picked up by the PSL coalition partner, Poland 2050. Ultimately, for this year the government planned PLN 1.1 billion in the budget for social construction. One of the politicians of Poland 2050 claims that the party applied for an additional billion for this purpose.
A row for cutting funds for social construction: Additional funds for the construction of apartments are to block PO and PSL. Even worse, instead of them PLN 500 million was taken from the budget for social constructionwhich was redirected to removing the effects of the flood from 2024. The aforementioned Polish politician 2050 claims that this money was to go from funds secured for payments for loans, and not from the budget for social construction. Polish members 2050 are to accuse Ko and PSL, that both groups are doing everything, so as not to move the money secured on the program of subsidies for housing.
