Rzeszów. There is a final court judgment for raping three women

To 20 years in prison, the District Court in Rzeszów, Artur R. for rape three women and attempted to rape one. The man made an appointment with women for social purposes, and then beat them, stewed them, threatened with death, robbed money and underwear. The verdict is final. R. in another case was sentenced to life imprisonment.

On Tuesday, the District Court in Rzeszów maintained the judgment of the District Court, imposing a 20 -year sentence of Artur R. the judgment is final.

According to the accusation, the man made an appointment with women for social purposes, initially paid for the sexual service, and then beat them, stewed them, jerked. He threatened women that he would kill them, took naked photos to them, and after raping he robbed money and underwear, “which he treated as a trophy”, he took documents from them.

– In one of the cases, Artur R. tricked, under the pretext of looking for a specific street in Rzeszów, he lured one of the victims to the car, and then took her to the building of the company located in one of the towns of the nearby towns, where, using violence, he snatched her phone, which he threw on the floor, and then jerking the victim, struggling and struggling with her. Clothes and underwear, and then using physical strength, forced her to get sexual intercourse – said prosecutor Krzysztof Ciechanowski from the District Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów.

The murder of a prison psychologist

Artur R. also committed a crime behind bars. He killed Bogumiła B., a psychologist at the prison in Rzeszów, an officer of the Prison Service. He was accused of murder with particular cruelty and motivation deserving of special condemnation.

Artur R. attacked the psychologist on February 22, 2022. This happened during another psychological consultation, in the room where standard talks with prisoners took place. In the office, the victim stayed with the accused alone. Artur R. first attacked the woman with his fists in the face, and then with scissors taken from the desk he gave her eight blows to his neck and face.

Artur R. was sentenced to life imprisonment for this crime with the possibility of applying for earlier release after thirty -five years.
