In Sępólno Krajeński (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), a couple of seventeen-year-olds, returning from training, noticed a melting man in the Sępoleńskie Lake. Martyna alerted the services, and Jakub jumped into the water and pulled out ashore. The teenagers were awarded for their heroic attitude.
The incident occurred on Monday (March 3) just before 7pm on Lake Sępoleńskie in Sępólno Krajeński.
“Two 17 -year -old residents of Sępólno Krajeński, Martyna and Jakub, returned from sports training. Following the promenade at the Sępoleńskie Lake at some point they noticed a man melting in the lake. Without a moment of hesitation, Martyna, through the emergency number Poviat Police in Sępólno Krajeński.

Emergency services appeared on the spot. The saved 61-year-old was hospitalized.
A couple of teenagers awarded
The heroic act of teenagers did not go unnoticed. Martyna and Jakub were awarded on Monday (March 17) by the local authorities, the police and the fire brigade.
