A 34-year-old woman drove into a roadside ditch and rolled over on a curve in the road in Czemierniki (Lublin Voivodeship). Two children, aged three and five, were also traveling in the car. All of them were taken to hospital with injuries. The police are working out the details.
The accident occurred on Tuesday around 8.50 on Radzyńska Street in Czemierniki, Radzyński County.
“Preliminary findings show that the driver of the Volvo passenger car, a 34-year-old resident of the Czemierniki commune, lost control of the vehicle on a curve in the road,” writes Assistant Commissioner Piotr Mucha from the District Police Headquarters in Radzyń Podlaski in a press release.
She was sober
The car drove into a roadside ditch and overturned.
“As a result of the accident, the driver and two children aged three and five suffered injuries. They were all taken to hospital,” the policeman informs.
The examination showed that the 34-year-old was sober. The officers are investigating the details of the incident and reminding us that the grip of tires decreases on slippery surfaces, which reduces our safety.
