The photo shows the interior of the gym, with a tall man standing in the center of the frame. Dark beard, closely cropped hair, muscles. – That's me once. I lifted 120 kilograms of barbells at the gym. I was a handsome guy, women flirted with me, says Agata. – And what do you feel when you look at these photos? – I'm asking. – It's like I saw a stranger – is the answer.
Agata is euphoric and Marcel is with her. He says that Agata, although 16 years older than him, is… younger. Because he's been himself longer.
Almost two years ago, Agata told her wife that she couldn't stand it anymore.
– I told her: either I will be myself or I will kill myself – she says.
She is 48 years old, her eyelash extensions emphasize her large blue eyes. She has hybrid, colorful nails because she wants to be expressive.
– I've been waiting for this my whole life – she adds.
She's been growing her hair for a year. Her black curly strands now reach her neck, peeking out from under her black afro curls with blue highlights. In a beige jumpsuit with a low neckline and short pants, thin fishnet stockings and wedge sandals, Agata looks like a tourist from Saint Tropez. Or Tina Turner, who is her idol.
– These wedges are nice, aren't they? – she throws and fixes her hair.
We are in the Greater Poland countryside. Agata shows me a stone fence with decorations that surrounds her family house.
– I built it all myself. It was heavy as hell, one element probably weighed a hundred kilos.
He leads me to a wooden gazebo in the garden.
– See, I did it myself. Because I am a carpenter by profession.
We approach a tall stone grill that looks like a small hut.
– I also assembled the grill myself. First this platform, and then these stone parts. But if I were to build the grill again, I would design it differently. There's too much smoke coming out of it, he explains.

The house where Agata lives is her ancestral home. For over 20 years she lived there with her wife, daughter and mother.
– The house is sold, we all have to move out by July.
– Everyone, so who? – I'm asking.
Agata: – The upstairs is occupied by my ex-wife and her current partner. It has an equipped kitchen, bathroom and several rooms. I live downstairs with Marcel, my partner. The living room, room and kitchen are occupied by my mother. Marcel and I live in 16 square meters, and we somehow fit in. My wife and I rarely talk to each other. We try not to get in each other's way.
