The Court of Appeal in Warsaw decided to dismiss the complaint of the defender Michał Kuczmierowski to refuse to issue an iron letter to the former head of the government of the Strategic Reserve Agency. This court considered a complaint for the second time.

After the meeting, the defender of Kuczmierowski, patron Luka Szaranowicz announced that his client agreed to give a full name.

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw was examined for the refusal of the Iron Letter for Kuczmierowski for the second time. They were submitted by the defenders, after at the end of January the Warsaw District Court, after reconsideration, He did not agree to the application for the use of an iron letter.

The matter of abuse in rars

Kuczmierowski is suspected in the investigation of irregularities in the agency he manages. The main allegations are participation in an organized criminal group, failure to fulfill his duties and exceeding the rights to achieve financial benefits.

At the beginning of September 2024, the former head of Rars was detained in London. Poland then asked about its extradition. On February 10, he was released from British custody after paying the deposit: security of 200,000 pounds and a guarantee of property for the amount of 365,000 pounds.

Currently, the London Magistrate Court is still conducting proceedings in this case and on July 23 he will once again consider the case of Kuczmierowski's extradition.
