French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed that on Wednesday he would organize another meeting about Ukraine with the leaders of European countries and from outside Europe. According to diplomatic sources, cited by the daily “Le Monde”, among the invited countries are: Norway, Canada, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden, Belgium and the Baltic States. In an interview with the regional press, Macron said that France is not preparing to send land forces to Ukraine, which would be a fighting side.

He assessed that a possible solution to ensure a security guarantee could be “sending experts and even units” outside the conflict zone, so as to “support Ukrainians and show solidarity.” “France is considering this with Great Britain,” Macron said.
