In turn, the Ministry of Development and Technology is responsible for the second part of the plan, which will be discussed at Tuesday's government meeting. The ministry will focus on presenting the most important reforms and investments planned until 2028. This is a response to the recommendations of the Council of the European Union and the implementation of the community's priorities. The Ministry of Development and Technology will also provide information on the country's investment needs. The preparation of a budget and structural plan results from the need to implement the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, which obliges Member States to present such documents every four years. The new document is intended to replace the existing stability or convergence programs and National Reform Programs.
