The investigation into the “two towers” is starting. Arkadiusz Myrcha and Miłosz Motyk comment

The prosecutor's office initiated an investigation into the “two towers” – said on Monday a MP Roman Giertych. This is a matter of 2019, when it came to light that Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner was to be cheated by Jarosław Kaczyński. PiS president, when asked about the case, assured that “there was no bribe”.

Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha from the Civic Coalition and Deputy Minister of the Climate and Environment Miłosz Motyk with the Deputy Minister of Justice discussed this matter in ” PSL.

Miłosz Motyk, referring to Commentary of the PiS president on this matterhe said that “it is not Jarosław Kaczyński who would decide whether the case is or not (crime – ed.), whether he has a criminal or not.” – This is what the independent prosecutor's office is different. And this Jarosław Kaczyński, in this (his – ed.), Obviously did not understand that this would be checked by the prosecutor's office – he added.

– And finally every citizen, every politician, regardless of whether he is at the ruling party or from the opposition, should be checked strictly. And Jarosław Kaczyński recognizes: “No, I am a decisive organ here whether a given case is to be discontinued or not.” And so the PiS prosecutor's office operated over the years. That is why today they cannot accept that any investigations are initiated against them, that something is checked (…). They are surprised that real justice came after them – he continued.

Motyk also stated that the PiS president is now “surprised that someone was checking him”. He added that for almost a year and a half, since the change of government, Kaczyński has “collision syndrome with reality that he must live and be treated like everyone.”

Arkadiusz Myrcha said, however, that “the number of threads that is to be examined in this matter is incredibly large.” – The number of threads to examine by the prosecutor's office in this scandal is so great that burying it, when gathering a residual evidence, is simply one gigantic scandal – he said.

He added that “the scandal is that a person informing or notifying about a crime was interrogated in the prosecutor's office for many hours, it is not known what circumstances, and one of the main characters, Jarosław Kaczyński did not even get a phone call from the prosecutor's office.” – Even to the head would not occur to Jarosław Kaczyński at that time at that time to the prosecutor's office – he noted.

The program of the program also referred to the case of irregularities at the Government Strategic Reserve Agency. Arkadiusz Myrcha estimated that during previous governments Rars went “in fact a completely open road to public money”. – In a situation where there was a war, when there was a pandemic, when everyone suffered, when the life and health of our citizens often hung on the hair, they made financial Eldorado – he said. – What's more, in the same circumstances normal non -governmental organizations, honestly working, often reflected from the ministerial doors, and they were still making a factory of money – he added.

Miłosz Motyk said that Kuczmierowski “tried to run” from the Polish justice dimension. – And the fact that he found himself in Great Britain was not only a matter of his trip and love to travel abroad. He just wanted to escape from responsibility. In my opinion, it was a de facto confession – said the deputy minister of climate and the environment.
