> Russian forces carried out an airstrike on a multi-story residential building in the country's second-largest city. UkraineKharkov, injuring at least 12 people, the mayor of Kharkov, Ihor Terekhov, reported on Telegram late Saturday evening.
As he reported, the building was hit by a guided aerial bomb and a rescue operation is underway. The head of the regional government, Oleh Synehubov, said that there were two attacks on the city.

After the attack, a local “state of emergency” was introduced in the Tikhoretsk region, the independent Meduza portal reported on Saturday, citing the regional authorities.
