> Russian forces carried out an airstrike on a multi-story residential building in the country's second-largest city. UkraineKharkov, injuring at least 12 people, the mayor of Kharkov, Ihor Terekhov, reported on Telegram late Saturday evening.
As he reported, the building was hit by a guided aerial bomb and a rescue operation is underway. The head of the regional government, Oleh Synehubov, said that there were two attacks on the city.

> Ukrainian forces destroyed thousands of tons of ammunition, including from North Korea, in attacks on two ammunition depots in Russia – the General Staff of Ukraine reported on Saturday.
On the night of September 20-21, the Tikhoretsk arsenal in Krasnodar Krai was attacked. This depot, one of the three largest in Russia, plays a key role in the Russian military logistics system. After the attack, a local “state of emergency” was introduced in the Tikhoretsk region, the independent Meduza portal reported on Saturday, citing the regional authorities.
> Russia will not participate in any continuation of the peace summit organized in Switzerland in June this year – said the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.
