Local authorities are monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis and reporting from the Ternopil and Rivne regions. Both regions became the target of a night attack Russia. The Ukrainian Air Force said in a statement that it had shot it down 22 enemy drones.

There was an emergency power outage in the two largest cities, Kiev and Kharkov. Millions of Ukrainians were left without electricity.
“They (Russia – ed.) were stockpiling missiles for attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, for war against the civilian population during winter frosts. They were helped by their crazy allies, especially the DPRK. Now they are launching a combined attack on our country. They even fight with children,” said the head of the Chancellery of the President Andrij Jermak.
