They didn't just secure the march. The Warsaw police station informs that on Monday, police officers helped a six-year-old who got lost at a metro station. They also resuscitated a one-year-old boy.
A few minutes after 3 p.m., a boy approached policemen patrolling the upper level of the Centrum metro station and said he was with his father, but they suddenly hung up and he couldn't find him.
“The police took care of the six-year-old and took him to the metro station,” the police say in a message on social media.
“Shortly later, the boy's father also reported to one of the police patrols operating nearby. Although the whole situation was stressful for him and the child, it quickly found a happy ending,” they add.
A one-year-old boy stopped breathing
In turn, policemen from Bielsko-Biała, who were on duty today to secure the Independence March in Warsaw, helped a one-year-old child. The boy's parents, according to the capital police, informed that their son was not breathing. The officers started resuscitation.
“The incident took place a few minutes before 3 p.m. in the area of Wspólna Street. The police brought the boy back to life. Then they called an ambulance and handed the baby over to the crew,” KSP reports.
