Warsaw. Car theft and chase. The police are looking for the perpetrator

On Christmas Day, a car was stolen. The thief was driving a car near Warsaw. There he committed another theft at a gas station. During the police chase, he abandoned the car and fled.

– Yesterday, shortly after 6 p.m., in the Żoliborz district, an unknown perpetrator stole a BMW vehicle, which he then moved to the Warsaw West district, where he stole again at one of the gas stations – the Warsaw Police Headquarters reported on Thursday.

The Warsaw police reported that the police chased the man until the center of Warsaw. There he abandoned the car and fled “in an unknown direction”. As reported, the search for the man continues.

Police did not confirm or deny whether shots were fired during the chase. – At the moment, we do not confirm that the perpetrator or the police used a service weapon – the police said.
