The accused did not admit to committing the alleged act and – as investigators inform – he submitted “very extensive explanations”.

As prosecutor Skiba informed, the man is suspected of the fact that “on October 26, 2020 in Warsaw at the intersection of Puławska and Goworka streets, acting in a possible intention, he exposed four people to the immediate danger of heavy damage to health in such a way that he entered the BMW 320 passenger car in the street. victims, causing two of them injuries that are health disorder and violation of the body organ for below 7 days. “

The accused (he is still an officer of the Internal Security Agency) approached demonstrators.

The accused officer, when he drove through the crowd of protesters, reached the pedestrian crossing several dozen meters away. “For his direction of travel, a red light signal was displayed before this passage.
