Police have detained two Moldovan citizens suspected of producing and introducing significant amounts of narcotics into circulation. Nearly 4 thousand doses of mephedrone were seized from the house in Ursynów, which was occupied by the detainees.

As reported by Deputy Commissioner Ewa Kołdys from the Warsaw II District Police Headquarters, the house was rented and the owner had no idea what was going on under his roof.

– After arriving at the scene, the police secured the area. Various sounds were coming from the building, but no one opened the door. When the officers forced the entrance, it turned out that two Moldovan citizens, aged 20 and 22, were hiding in the premises. The entrance was filled with the suffocating stench of chemicals stored in plastic cans and containers – described Kołdys.

Officers secured drug-making equipment and ready-made mephedrone in the amount of at least 3,870 portions, as initially estimated. – The findings indicate that the men operated in an organized criminal group – explained Ewa Kołdys.
