In the coming days, the weather in Poland will be shaped by a Genoese-type low. It will bring strong, long-lasting and intense rainfall in the southern and southwestern parts of Poland. At the same time, we will observe a large difference in temperature. The warmest will be in the Suwałki region, where thermometers will show values above 20 degrees Celsius. In the vicinity of Lower Silesia, the temperature will drop to around 10 degrees Celsius.
IN Thursday sunny weather will occur only in the east. In the remaining regions of the country it will be cloudy with light and moderate continuous rain, occurring in the belt from Pomerania to Lower Silesia. We expect rain to fall from 20-30 l/m2 in the north and center to 40-50 l/m2 in the south of the country.
The maximum temperature will be from 11 degrees Celsius in Lower Silesia to 25 degrees Celsius in Podkarpacie. The wind will be weak and moderate – southeast in the east, west and northwest in the west.
The peak of rainfall
Friday will bring cloudy weather in the west and center of Poland. There will be continuous rainfall with a total of 10-20 l/m2 in the north and center to 30-80 l/m2. In the mountains themselves, in places it will fall over 100 l/m2. More clearings will appear in the east of the country, only locally there may be short showers.
The thermometers will show from 10°C in Lower Silesia to 25°C in Subcarpathia. The wind will be weak in the east (east and north-east) and moderate with periodic stronger gusts in the west (north-west).
Saturday will be cloudy, with clearings only in the north-west of Poland. In the rest of the country there will be long-term rainfall with a variable degree of intensity. We predict that it will fall from 20-30 l/m2 in the north and east to 50-80 l/m2 in the south, in the mountains it may fall again above 100 l/m2. Locally in the south-east there may be storms with more intense rain.
The maximum temperature will be from 14 degrees Celsius in Lower Silesia to 22 degrees Celsius in the Suwałki Region. The wind in the east will be moderate, south-easterly, in the west strong, gusty, northerly. Gusts may reach up to 50-70 km/h, and in the mountains up to 80 km/h.

IN Sunday the sky will be very cloudy and completely cloudy, with clearings in the second part of the day. During the day, there will be more rain, but it will be lighter. The thermometers will show from 15 degrees Celsius in the southwest to 24 degrees Celsius in the Suwałki region. There will be a moderate to quite strong wind, from the northwest. In gusts it will reach speeds of up to 60 km/h, and in the mountains up to 80 km/h.

Heavy cloudiness with clearing periods and rain and light rain showers will also continue in Monday. Despite this, the weather will be calmer. The maximum temperature will be from 16°C in Lower Silesia to 24°C in Suwałki Region. The wind will be moderate and quite strong, north and north-easterly. Gusts can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h, in the mountains up to 70 km/h.
