Without permission to arrest for Zbigniew Ziobro. Marcin Bosacki: There are some things to improve on the Commission side

We respect the court verdict, although in many aspects we do not agree with the justification – said the deputy head of the parliamentary committee for Pegasus Marcin Bosacki in “Piasecki's conversation” on TVN24. He referred to the decision of the Warsaw court, which did not grant the commission's request for temporary detention for Zbigniew Ziobro.

On Tuesday, the District Court in Warsaw did not accept the application of the parliamentary inquiry commission for Pegasus for detention on remand Zbigniew Ziobra. The chairwoman of the commission Magdalena Sroka announced an appeal.

Ziobro did not appear several times before the Commission for the PEGASUS, and on January 31, despite the forced bringing by the police to the Sejm, he came to the meeting when the Commission had already finished the meeting. Investigation Commission, through the Prosecutor General Adam Bodnarsent a request to apply a detention of up to 30 days towards the former Minister of Justice to lead to his interrogation.

– We respect the court judgment, although in many aspects we do not agree with the justification. There are also mistakes. The court without verification adopted the police version, for example, that before 10.30 Ziobra was detained, which is not true, this can be seen on the Internet records – added Bosacki.

– We entering and starting the commission did not know that he was detained. We knew that he was still on Republika television and that was the truth – he said. – Until 10.46, when we finished the committee meeting after 16 minutes, I did not know that he was practically brought to the Sejm, I already knew he was detained – he added.

He admitted that “there are certain things to be improved on the side of the Commission, not so much members as employees of its surroundings.” – As we know now, at 10.30 or 10.31 one of the employees of the Commission got a message from the Marshal's Guard that Ziobro was detained by the police. This information should reach the chairman. As he says, the chairwoman did not arrive – said Bosacki.
