Witold K. under the magnifying glass of the services. Which has established the CBA for years

Although the services have been looking at him since 2016, Witold K. took part in the election meeting of Szymon Hołownia, and the Marshal claims that no one had warned him of the controversies related to him. What did the CBA establish for nine years of investigation? The documents that Onet reached, among others, shows that Witold K. helped in crossing the Polish-Belarusian border, shared information about Polish ministers and did suspicious interests in Africa.

Witold K. (we do not give his name, because he is imposed on prosecutor's allegations – ed.) Is a Polish entrepreneur associated with the Lukashenko regime who meets Polish politicians without any problems. This was happening during the previous power, this is the present. In January, this was shown by reporters “Black and white” Dariusz Kubik and Grzegorz Łakomski in the material “Kuchar Łukaszenki”.

Last Wednesday, K. met in Bialystok with the presidential candidate and the Polish leader 2050 Szymon Hołownia. Hołownia explained that he did not know who he was dealing with and did not get a warning from the services. Aleksander Zingman, with whom Witold K. has close contacts, presents himself as a businessman doing business in agriculture and mining in many African countries. According to independent Belarusian journalists, Zingman also deals with gold mining in Africa, according to independent Belarusian journalists. He took part in Aleksander Lukashenko's political meetings and foreign visits many times.

Belarusian dissident Paweł Łatuszka He describes Zingman as “Lukashenko's portfolio” and a man who “realizes the business interests of Lukashenko's family.” Patuszka also says that all powerful contracts are controlled by Belarusian special services. According to him, Zingman shares profits with Lukashenko to be able to conduct profitable interests.

“The minister is stupid and gets a lot of it”

On Wednesday, Onet described that “during the CBA surgery, he recorded several hundred, and maybe even several thousand phone calls of Witold K.”. The entrepreneur was in constant contact with the then parliamentarians PISemployees of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and high -ranking Polish diplomats. The portal has published several fragments of conversations.

Already in August 2016, when PiS was in power, to CBA A letter was entitled “Information on suspected contacts of a representative of the Polish government with a person associated with Eastern Special Services”. As Onet describes, the document was prepared by CBA officers.

“The information obtained during the inspection shows that Witold K. maintains very close relationships with the Belarusian citizen about Personals Aleksander Zingman (…). The information obtained from the intelligence agency shows that the mentioned (Zingman) is associated with the special services of Belarus and Russia,” Cali Onet.

The key information contained in this document is the summary of talks with June 6, 2016 between K. and Zingman. It concerned a visit to Minsk by Krzysztof Jurgiel, the then Minister of Agriculture in the government of Beata Szydło. The day after these conversations, PiS politicians flew to Belarus.

“In the conversation June 6 (…) Witold K. informs Aleksandra that the Polish minister is to be present at the exhibition in Belarus. Aleksander describes him as a 'Białystok friend'. Witold says that the minister is stupid and gets a lot It is necessary.

The information also shows that Zingman “put everyone on his feet” and the minister will come to the Falcone restaurant in Minsk. TVN24 journalists revealed that the premises were once managed by Aleksander Zingman's wife, and later the restaurant was rewritten to Witold K.

Onet asked Jurgiel if he was once in Falcone. The former PiS minister did not confirm, but also did not deny it. “He only gave a short answer that in June 2016 he was at the Agricultural Fair in the capital of Belarus, and the trip was organized by the Department of International Policy he managed by him” – we read.

“Very strange relationship”

Onet, citing sources familiar with the case, describes that Zingman's account of K. was based rather on a cool calculation, and not on friendship and “Zingman helped create the business kingdom of K.”.

“Aleksander Zingman controlled all this. He was a person who gave us contacts, and then told us what to do and who to call. It was Zingman who introduced Witold K. into the world of African businesses. He had contacts to African ministers and prime ministers,” says a person who worked at Witold K.

The portal also publishes a fragment of the wiretapping of the CBA, which shows that Belarusian is interested in Polish help for Africa.

Onet: Green light from Morawiecki

In “Black and White” we said that in Witold K. they are pregnant for prosecutor's allegations of promise to a bribe to the Kenyan Minister of Agriculture (over PLN 25 million in terms of over PLN 25). According to the prosecutor's office, K. wanted to win a tender for the supply of Polish agricultural machinery financed from the loan granted Kenya through Poland.

Onet describes that the prosecutor's office also received recordings from the CBA indicating that K. was to give “gifts” to various Polish officials who helped him win tenders in Africa. Zingman: You will laugh very much soon! Do you know who will take 100 million silos?! He gave us everything, gave all the commands!

“During the cited conversation Alexander Zingman referred to the influence of the president of Zambia Edgar Lungu, who ruled the country in 2015-2021. Zingman said that the President of Zambia was interested in obtaining a help loan of $ 100 million for the modernization of agriculture. The whole amount would be allocated to the construction of silos, and the contact of karczewski. Remove the politician from Africa and give him tractors ” – explains the portal.

The further conversation showed that the President of Zambia was to promise Zingman helping to win similar contracts with the president of the neighboring Tanzania and distant Senegal.

Help in illegal crossing the border

“The vague connections of Witold Karczewski with the Belarusian regime are also evidenced by the conversation of February 2017 with Jerzy Szulik (this is how he was presented in the CBA materials). Belarusian asked K. to settle a safe passage through the Polish -Belarusian border in furrows” – reports Onet.

The portal describes that Jerzy Szuliko is actually Yuri Szolika, former chairman of the Brest peripheral executive committee. On June 27, 2024, Szuliko took the position of Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, who is responsible for agriculture. The decision in this matter was made by the President of Belarus Aleksander Łukashenko. Szoliver is subject to sanctions by the European Union and Great Britain.

CBA's transcripts show that K. decided to fulfill the request of his Belarusian friend. He quickly called his employee, whom he ordered to settle this matter – says Onet.

Espionage thread

Onet also points out that in 2018 Witold K. and Aleksandr Zingman became the object of interest of the Internal Security Agency and the National Prosecutor's Office in the investigation regarding suspicion of espionage. “In the Mazowieckie Department of the National Prosecutor's Office, proceedings were conducted regarding participation in the activities of a foreign interview against the Republic of Poland in the period, at least until 2018 in Poland” – indicates the portal.

The investigation was discontinued on November 29, 2024. Investigators point out that the Pole and Belarusians did not have the status of suspects and were not even questioned as witnesses.
