According to PiS MP Agnieszka Soin, the Lower Silesian provincial road transport inspector was supposed to help students with exams in the transport of dangerous goods. – The voivode asked the chief inspector to dismiss him from the position of voivodeship inspector – says the spokesman for the Lower Silesian voivode.
On Monday, October 14, during a press conference, PiS MP Agnieszka Soin announced the initiation of a parliamentary inspection regarding irregularities during training in the transport of dangerous goods. The intervention is the result of a recording that was published in the media. It shows an official instructing how to cheat on the ADR examination for the transport of dangerous goods.
“The Lower Silesian Road Transport Inspector, as an examiner, trained drivers for ADR dangerous goods, probably using his knowledge, having access to questions and could share these questions further. His deputy also took part in the training. According to the schedule, which was also revealed by the media , he performed these trainings during working hours, which he did not have permission for,” said Agnieszka Soin.
Provincial inspectors are appointed and dismissed by the voivode.
“Such things need to be explained. As the Lower Silesian superior, the voivode should report to the appropriate law enforcement services a request about the possibility of committing a crime,” the MP claims.
The Lower Silesian Voivode requested the inspector's dismissal
The spokesman for the Lower Silesian Voivode, Bartosz Wojciechowski, said that the matter was being investigated.
“The voivodeship inspector made himself available to the voivode, and the voivode asked the chief inspector to dismiss him from the position of voivodeship inspector,” said Bartosz Wojciechowski.
ADR is an international convention that regulates the transport of dangerous goods. Each transport company transporting such goods must cooperate with a specialist with appropriate qualifications. They are confirmed by completing the course and a state exam.
