Zielonka. Fire at the former training ground, a firefighting aircraft in action

Firefighters are fighting a forest fire in Zielonka in the Wołomin poviat. Several hosts take part in the action, a fireplace plane drops water from the air.

The fire appeared in the forest in the former military training ground in Zielonka. Languages ​​of dark smoke are visible from the center of Warsaw. As we managed to find out in the Wołomin fire brigade, the fire is covered by an area of ​​about a hectare.

In addition to firefighters from Wołomin and the surrounding Volunteer Fire Brigade, two hosts from Warsaw and the Forest Guard also participate in the firefighting operation. Due to the hard -to -reach area and a large area covered by fire, the firefighting aircraft discharges water.

There is no information about injured persons, the fire has not yet been controlled.

The training ground in Zielonka was created at the end of the 19th century. Currently, military exercises are not conducted on it, although it is still used in a small part by military institutions.
