What's going on? Zygmunt Solorz-Żak in October dismissed Tobiasz Solorz and Piotr Żak from the supervisory board ZE PAK companieswhich operates in the energy industry and deals with, among others, power plant complex in Pątnów, Adamów and Konin. From Thursday's announcement issued by the company, we learned that the attorneys of one of the sons – Piotr Żak – filed a complaint with the District Court in Poznań lawsuit in connection with the decisions made by the supervisory board.
What is the content of the lawsuit? The lawsuit concerns: “determining non-existence, possibly declaration of invalidityalternatively repeal of resolutionswithout application for security”. It was mentioned that these were three applications – regarding determining the number of members of the Supervisory Board, o dismissal of Tobiasz Solorz and o dismissal of Piotr Żak from the Supervisory Board.
ZE PAK reacts to the lawsuit: In the issued statement, ZE PAK announced that “the content of the filed lawsuit is currently available subject of analysis Companies. Company will submit an answer regarding the lawsuit to the District Court in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division within the specified deadline. It was also assured that “if necessary, the Company will inform about further stages of the proceedings in accordance with applicable law.”
