The 57-year-old was severely beaten in Munich's Old Botanical Garden Germany.
After being taken to hospital, his injuries turned out to be so serious that doctors were unable to save him.

“Bild” published new findings in the murder case. The diary allegedly obtained surveillance recordings showing the victim receiving money punch in the face from the suspectand is kicked in the back by another man.
When the 57-year-old got up, he was kicked in the face in the style of kung fu. After this blow, the injured person did not get up again.
According to “Bild” the perpetrator fled the scene.

Munich homicide police identified the man as 30-year-old Rafał Artur Pawlak from Polish. The daily reported that the man is to be known to investigators from committing “brutal crimes”.
“On the night from Wednesday to Thursday, investigators searched three apartments in the districts of Milbertshofen, Schwabing and Thalkirchen,” it was reported. He was supposed to stay in one of them secured suspect's clothes. However, Pawlak was not found. The police do not rule out that he could return to Poland.
Two other men were arrested in the case. One of them is the one who allegedly kicked the victim in the back. The second one acts as a witness.
