Summer Grand Prix in Hinzenbach. Qualifications for

Like the training session, qualifying was not played at the fastest pace due to weather conditions. However, these did not disturb Tschofenig, who was in great shape, who scored 88 meters and took a certain lead from the very beginning. His compatriot Stephan Embacher jumped even further (89.5 m), but he did not overtake his colleague. Neither did Pius Paschke, who landed half a meter closer.

No one could overtake the above three for a long time, and the others did not players they obtained qualifications very easily. The reason was, of course, the fact that 52 of them appeared on the starting list, and 50 entered the competition. Only Vitaliy Kaliniczenko (70.5 m) and Heung Chul Choi (66 m) did not qualify.

Only Jan Hoerl made it to the top three with a jump of 87 meters. After him, Kacper Juroszek sat on the starting beam and landed on the 81st meter. Another member of the White and Red team, Dawid Kubacki, jumped as much as seven meters further, which ultimately gave him fifth place. On the other hand Jakub Wolny he scored 87 meters and also made it to the top ten. Paweł Wąsek's 82.5 meters placed him much further.
