Ramzan Kadyrov's teenage son was entered in the book as “the youngest head of the security service of the leader of an entity that is part of the Russian Federation.” He took up the position at the age of 15. This concerns the function of the head of the security department, Ramzan Kadyrov.
The presentation of the “Book of Records of Russia” certificate took place in the capital of Chechnya, Groznym during an MMA gala. The ceremony was honored by the editor-in-chief of the book Stanisław Konenko. Adam Kadyrov received a medal for popularizing the “Russian Book of Records”. However, Konenko did not specify what his popularization activities were.

In August this year the teenager received the order… named after Achmata Kadyrova, who was his grandfather. This the highest decoration in Chechnya. The order was awarded “for personal merits related to the development of the Russian Spetsnaz University named after Putin”.
