A resident of Gliwice reported to the police with information about a dangerous incident. It could have ended tragically for a teenager who was collecting candy in the neighborhood on Halloween. The candy contained a piece of a metal object with sharp edges, which indicates someone's intentional action – informs the Silesian police. It appeals to parents and guardians of children to carefully examine the sweets and report similar incidents.

According to the Silesian police in a press release, a resident of Gliwice reported to the police on Saturday afternoon, “informing about a dangerous incident that could have ended tragically for the 12-year-old girl.”

“On October 31, the girl and her friend went on a Halloween candy collection in the neighborhood. The residents eagerly threw sweets into their nets. After returning home, one of the girls reached for candy. Only because her brother noticed a metal element sticking out of the candy, the child a tragedy was avoided,” he describes.
