On November 11, in the Wrocław market square, Telewizja Polska organized a concert “We need each other” on the occasion of the Independence Day celebration. The performers invited to take part in the event included: KayahPiotr Cugowski, Natalia Kukulska, Kamil Bednarekas well as the duo Matylda Damięcka and Radek Łukasiewicz.

Matylda Damiêcka Recently, she has been known mainly as an illustrator whose works comment on current events. But that's not the only thing he's working on. Damięcka started cooperation with musician Radek Łukasiewicz, and together they create the Matylda/Łukasiewicz project, in which the artist performs, among others, as a vocalist. The duo had the opportunity to appear on the Wrocław stage on November 11 during the “We Need Each Other” concert.
Due to the fact that the event was organized on the occasion of Independence Day, the artists mentioned their favorite places in Poland. Damięcka also spoke. The artist admitted that Rudawka Rymanowska, located in Podkarpacie, holds a very important place in her heart. – In Rudawka Rymanowska I learned to ride a bike, swim and pick mushrooms. My dad taught me how to ride horses – she said. Matylda Damięcka also made an important appeal from the stage.

The first anniversary of Maciej Damięcki's death will soon pass. The outstanding actor died on November 17 last year. Matylda Damięcka said goodbye to her beloved father not only with a moving graphic, but also wrote a post remembering him on Father's Day. “You are still an unrivaled gift-giver. Watching you be happy that we are happy was the greatest gift.
