There is a failure at ING Bank Śląski. The bank reported problems with banking and payments. “We are working on a quick solution to the problem,” he added.
We received reports of the failure from readers Contact24. According to Internet users, the user account login page does not work.
“We are having trouble with banking and payments. We are currently investigating the cause and working to quickly resolve the issue,” ING wrote in response to a comment on Facebook.
According to information available on the Downdetector website, which collects information about disruptions, the problems at ING began on Friday around 4 p.m. That's when the number of reports began to increase.

Customers have also reported problems with card payments on social media. “The problem is currently on our side. Our IT department is working to restore the functionality of online banking and cards. I apologize for the inconvenience,” ING wrote.
