Marcin Wielec was dismissed by the Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar, from the position of director of the Institute of Justice – the ministry announced in a statement on Monday.

On Monday, the press service of the Ministry of Justice announced the dismissal of the current director of the Institute of Justice (IWS), Dr. Marcin Wielec.

“The termination of the employment relationship as the director of the IWS for Dr. Marcin Wielec does not affect the duration of the employment relationship as a scientific position,” the press release said.

Institute of Justice

The Institute of Justice in Warsaw is a state unit subordinate to the Minister of Justice, conducting scientific and research activities in the field of creation, application, axiology and social functioning of law as well as the phenomena of crime and social pathology.
