At the beginning of September, petrol and diesel are the cheapest this year – analysts from the e-petrol.pl portal reported on Wednesday. Both 95-octane petrol and diesel have fallen in price by 8 groszy per liter – to 6.19 and 6.21 zloty per liter, respectively – they added.

Analysts from the e-petrol.pl portal pointed out that the ongoing reductions at gas stations in recent days “have not only accelerated, but also brought the retail prices of Pb95 and diesel oil to the lowest level this year”. “Both 95-octane petrol and diesel have fallen by 8 groszy. A litre of these fuels costs on average: PLN 6.19 and PLN 6.21. Thus, petrol has set this year's minimum price, and oil has improved it”, the analysts reported. They noted that “autogas was also a surprise, falling by 2 groszy and currently costs an average of PLN 2.79/l”.

The cheapest in Świętokrzyskie, the most expensive in Kujawsko-Pomorskie

According to e-petrol.pl data, at the beginning of September, petrol and diesel fuel is cheapest in the Świętokrzyskie province, where a litre of both fuels is offered in retail for an average of PLN 6.10. LPG, with a price of PLN 2.76/l, is the most attractively priced in the Łódź province. “Currently, the highest price for a litre of Pb95 is paid in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province – PLN 6.36, and for the same amount of diesel in Podlasie – PLN 6.34,” the analysts pointed out. They added that autogas is the most expensive in the West Pomeranian province, where it costs an average of PLN 2.86/l.
