What causes the change: Funds from the European fund have been blocked many times in the past Hungary's veto. Polish Radio 24 reminds that due to Budapest's opposition, the impasse in the case has been going on since almost a yearand the EU cannot use approximately six billion euros. What does this mean: A new way of supporting Kiev will allow to omit Hungarian veto.
