Presidents of Poland and USA They met at the Gaylord National Convention Center at the National Harbor (Stan Maryland) near Washington, where the Conference Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the largest political event of the American right wing. The meeting was to start at 19.30, but it was delayed and lasted – as Bloomberg said, “ten minutes”.

Duda's meeting with Trump, as previously reported by the Polish Press Agency, citing interlocutors in PiSit was prepared for a long time and kept secret. In talks on the American side, as Marcin Wrona reported before the meeting – the “Iron Lady of American Policy”, the head of the White House of Susia Wiles, whose Trump “trusts” and the US national security advisor Mike Waltz was supposed to participate.

Trump – according to the correspondent of “Facts”, TVN had left the White House at 19 o'clock, but he did it almost an hour later, about which at 20.01 he informed the live portal of the American CNN station. “Donald Trump just left the White House and went to the Conservative Political Action Conference in the suburbs of Washington. When leaving, he briefly talked to reporters, telling them that he would answer their questions in his speech on the stage” – reported television.

According to the information agency, Duda with Trump began exactly at 20.27, and 20.40 Trump was already on stage, where he gave a speech.

The Reuters agency noted that during the “short meeting” Duda told Trump that “it is necessary to strengthen the presence of the US in Poland and Central Europe.” Duda himself, referring to a short conversation time, said that “no meeting with President Trump is not long enough.”
