Indictment

At the first hearing, an indictment was read, which consists of a total of six acts. Artur Ch. It was alleged that during the police intervention on November 23, 2024, “he violated the bodily integrity of the uniformed police officer by repelling him, jerking for the uniform and blowing the door wing”, as well as insulting him with the words considered to be obstructed during and in connection with the performance of his official duties.

Artur Ch. The prosecutor's office also allegations that on September 27, 2024, he managed a threat of deprivation of life and health, while arousing his behavior with justified fears of fulfilling these threats. In addition, violation of bodily integrity by hitting the face.

On the same day, the accused was also intentionally damaged by a passenger car by breaking the rear window, causing losses of PLN 1350.

In August 2024, he also managed the threat of deprivation of life before entering the premises of the Praga Station Association.

In addition, the indictment indicated that Artur Ch. In October 2022, psychotropic substances – amphetamines (0.22 g) and cocaine (0.33 g).

The accused confessed to some of the allegations: to have amphetamine and break the rear window of the car. At the same time, he noted that he did not remember what pushed him to cause damage.

He also agreed that he had a conflict with the victims and arose between them, but he did not direct punishable threats against them. He explained that the conflict resulted, among others by the noise caused by the Praga Station Association, with which the victims were associated. He mentioned organizing events in late hours and leaving alcohol in the yard.

Artur Ch. However, he denied that he violated the bodily integrity of a police officer. He claimed that the vulgar words he used were not addressed to a policeman, but were a reaction to incapacitation. The accused emphasized that he did not run away from the police, he only ran to the nearby gate because he had been drinking beer. He noted that he was attacked, which resulted in the need to put the sutures on the head and to perform tomography. He said he was beaten by someone with a metal object in the head.

After the accused was explained, the court questioned the invaded victims and witnesses of the events listed in the indictment. The victims present at the hearing confirmed their previous testimonies submitted to the police station and cited exact threats directed towards them by the accused.

The accused's explanations regarding the events of November 23, 2024 were confirmed by his concubine. As she said, Artur Ch. He did not jerk with officers. She claimed that she also saw how he was beaten with a police stick by one of them.

Police intervention

One of the policemen who took part in the intervention at Engineering, explained that the call was about an aggressive man who was to “run with a machete”. After reaching the place, together with the partner, they noticed the escaping accused. He didn't have a machete with him – the witness explained. The policeman said that the accused did not follow the instructions, struggled.

The defender of the accused requested that he release him from temporary detention, but the judge did not agree. In her opinion, “the collected evidence still indicates a high probability of committing the accused by the accused of the alleged acts.” In addition, she pointed out, there is a fear of the escape of Artur Ch. and mathematics attempts towards victims and witnesses who will only be questioned.

The court appointed the next date of the hearing on May 12. Other witnesses and victims who did not appear at the Friday trial are to be questioned.
